Welcome to the RLA's Landlord Online Academy
In 1998 The Residential Landlords Association set about providing some of the most informative practical training available for landlords and since then has literally trained thousands of landlords and continues to develop and provide a comprehensive portfolio of courses.
Our team of expert trainers have been involved in the development of industry-standard manuals such as the ANUK training manual and the development of the RLA's online resources as well as working closely with local authorities throughout the UK in the delivery of the highest quality landlord development programs.
We bring all this knowledge together in an online format - the RLA's Landlord Online Academy .
So wherever you are and whenever you want to be up-to-date about the letting business in England and Wales, these courses will be here for you( the licence for a course lasts for 90 days - see below). Complete at your own pace and enjoy the learning.
Courses may include interactive sections, quizzes and assessment tests at the end. With assessments the participant must pass the end of course assessment test to be officially recognised and validated for CPD and accreditation schemes or similar throughout England and Wales. This is also a requirement of RLAAS - please check with other relevant schemes on their requirements
